Meet Our Founder
Founded by Violet Blair Sapien, Violet Blair & Co. grew from a passion for fashion, creative direction, wellness, and the power of bringing people together.
With a background in fashion and creative production, Violet Blair has always been drawn to the way a brand can become more than its products. It can tell a story, create a feeling, and bring people together around a shared vision.
Her passion for wellness led to the completion of an intensive 5-month certification program with IM=X Pilates & Fitness, earning certifications in both Reformer and Mat Pilates. Reflecting her commitment to developing a strong foundation in movement, technique, and instruction.
The same dedication to thoughtful experiences and intentional living became the foundation for Violet Blair & Co.
What began as a creative vision has evolved into something bigger: a lifestyle network connecting the things that shape how we live, move, express, and connect with others.
